Participation requirements:

The abstracts should present the full paper briefly, within the limit of 15 lines (Times New Roman, font size 14), in English language; author’s name and the key phrases/ words should also be indicated. The abstracts should be sent by e-mail.

The papers should not exceed the limit of 12 (twelve) pages and should be sent by e-mail, too. The scientific reports should be prepared within the limit of 8 (eight) pages, the bibliography, footnotes, illustrative materials - such as charts, schemes, diagrams, score examples etc. - included.

The layout of the papers /scientific reports should meet the following requirements (to be published in the special conference edition): page size A4, side margins 2, 5 cms; Times New Roman, font size 14, spacing 1,0;

The illustrative materials (note examples, visual examples, graphics etc.) should be sent as separate attachments under the respective numeration in accordance to their position in the paper. The recommended resolution of the images - 300 dpi.

The Application form contains information about the author of the paper: academic position, institution, contact address and e-mail. The Application form along with the abstracts and the information in regard with the technical equipment needed for the respective presentation must be sent to the Organizing Committee in advance.

The Organizing Committee will select and assort the papers to the conference sections and inform back the participants in due time.

The Participation fee: The participation fee covers the publishing of the papers, all conference materials and coffee breaks: BGN 50 for Bulgarian participants/ EURO 25 for foreign participants.The participation fee can be paid by bank transfer or at the conference registration desk; BGN 30 for Bulgarian PhD students/ EURO 15 for foreign PhD students – paid by bank transfer or at the conference registration desk. If more than one paper is presented by the same participant, a participation fee of EURO 15 for foreign participants and BGN 30 for Bulgarians should be paid for each subsequent paper.

When sending the participation fee, all the names of the participant should be indicated in the payment document in the same sequence they have been filled in the Application form. It is also necessary to state that the transfer is made to cover the participation fee for the International conference “Art and Education – Traditions and Contemporaneity”. The bank transfer fees are at the expense of the participants.

All the participation cost – travel, lodging, meals, daily expenses and the participation fee will be on account of the sending institution or participants themselves.

 Conference languages: Bulgarian and English

Paper presentations should not exceed the time limit of 20 (twenty) minutes.

Registration - October 23rd, 2014; 9.00 AM

The Conference Agenda will be sent to all the participants after the selection of papers has been completed.
